The Motherhood Village Podcast

Oct 20, 2022

Lucas Seipp-Williams is a father of two children, Jacob and Noah. Jacob is 7, autistic and non-verbal, and Noah is 4, typical and very verbal! Lucas and his wife Richele are raising their boys in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in SW Virginia.

Lucas has been contributing to individuals, couples, businesses and families as a professional full-time coach since 2005... as a health coach, life coach, business coach, and now parenting coach.

His favorite tool for impacting parents and children is Human Design analysis, which he has been studying, living and sharing since 2014. Lucas is trained in Human Design at the OC16 level through the BG5 Institute. He has been a student of and guide for others using many many personal and professional growth methods and tools. Human Design has been, by far, the most powerful tool for improving his own marriage, parenting and family dynamic, which is why he has now shared this revolutionary knowledge and how to practically apply it with hundreds of clients and why he's so excited to share with us today on the podcast.

In this episode we discuss:

  • The different types of Human Design: Manifestors, Generators and Projectors.
  • How human design can help families resolve conflict, reduce resistance, nurture self-love, and understand each other better.
  • How it differs from Strengthsfinder, the Enneagram Test and other personality tests.
  • The ways human design can benefit business owners to help them better understand their employees and clients.
  • My family's human design results and how it helped me better understand myself and my son.
