Maria Maldonado Smith is an eternal optimist, and a relentless pursuer of happiness. Discovering how most everything in life can be solved or fixed with a little grit, moxie, and a love for doing what you do, is her superpower. She is a natural born leader whose purpose and passion in life is to help women find their purpose, passion, and why.
She is a motivator and supporter, an advocate, encourager, empowerer of women, a mother, and a friend. Her company, MMS Consulting Firm, is a place where all women can come to feel their best. But that starts with making a commitment to yourself – to do the work, to want more, to challenge yourself and to love yourself enough to make YOU, a priority.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, and a former Miss Kentucky and Kentucky Derby Queen who spent 16+ years in corporate America across 3 different industries as an individual contributor and people leader, spending the majority of her career in the automotive industry.
Last June she made the biggest leap of her life and left the corporate world, and began consulting full time in the automotive industry, and building her empowerment coaching business and creating her successful vision board method.
