Melisa Porobic-Wicker is a mom of 2, ages 21 and 9, and was born in Ex- Yugoslavia, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She came to the US in 1999 as a refugee of war. Even though she holds a degree in psychology, over the years she has worked in retail and property management.
She enjoys reading, yoga and relaxing with her family. She is an animal lover who has 4 rescues- 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Melisa values respect, hard work, and treating people well, which she tries to instill in her children. Motherhood has made her more patient and outspoken, and she had an incredible village of women who supported her throughout her motherhood journey.
